I think that was the Sony Z7U's and that was a multicam situation.
Although timecode is always a problem on multicam to tape.

Sadly, I don't know enough about video editing - in the more modern
context, especially - to know why TC is even an issue. If you're
recording sound single system, and each camera's recording its own TC
as well as sound... oops, there it is. You're NOT recording single
systm sound, right? Everything's supposed to line up so it's just
matching numbers to numbers, only each camera drifts from the initial
jam - something like that?
