Which film is this from?

The Woody Allen character has nervously had a brain tumor checkup.

The doctor comes in with the X-ray and says, "Now, let me show you why
it wouldn't do any good to operate."

Then the doctor REALLY comes back, and you see that this had been in
Woody's imagination.
