Ding dong the redirect is [apparently] dead!

Yay!

EMPIRE Australia has seen the light and apparently lifted the
redirect!

For those whow ere unaware, EMPIRE Oz did a del with the UK site so
that Australians and New Zealanders who went to www.empireonline.co.uk
were automatically redirected to www.empireonline.com.au . As you can
expect, this pissed off many including myself.

As of 11/7/07 the redirect was supposedly lifted, but as I type it's
still in place...

Still, kudos to the Aus site for listening to the (no doubt LOUD and
HEATED feedback). Some of us actually want to read about Pom moofies,
you know.
