CALL FOR ENTRIES

The 2007 Northampton Independent Film Festival (NIFF) is now accepting
film entries for review and screening. This years festival has been
extended to two great weekends, Nov. 2nd -4th and Nov. 9th-10th 2007
in Northampton, Massachusetts.

All submissions may be processed through WITHOUTABOX www.withoutabox.com/login/4497
or through our website www.niff.org.
This year we are expecting to award over $9000 in prizes to
filmmakers!!!

The NORTHAMPTON INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL (NIFF) is committed to
establishing a northeast center for the exploration, examination, and
celebration of independent filmmaking. NIFF showcases the works of
filmmakers whose films demonstrate quality, innovation, and
independence in both form and content.

While the majority of the program is devoted to quality short films
and features that do no yet have wide distribution, we will also show
the work of independent film professionals who can contribute
significantly to our vision for a well-rounded and thoughtful festival
program.

NIFF is a gathering place for those seeking alternatives to the
offerings of major studios. We believe Northampton is a regional mecca
for filmgoers interested in discovering new work and in sharing their
reactions and information. Our core audience has an appetite for
artistic adventure, intellectual discussion, and originality. In
addition to providing a forum for conversation about films and the
issues they raise, the Festival is a platform for discussing the
broader nature of independent vision in the media. Join us as we
celebrate the independents and move towards a new vision for the
Festival!
