1918: TAKASHI KANDA, who was in "Prince of Space" and "Wrath of
Daimajin", and played Reimon Tajiyama in "Yokai Monsters -- 100
Monsters" and Hyogo Isobe in "Yokai Monsters -- Spook Warfare", is
born in Tokyo.

1928: BODIL MILLER, who played Connie Miller in the Danish version of
"Reptilicus", is born in Norresundby, Denmark.

1930: MAHITO TSUJIMURA, the voice of Tanjio in "Kamen Rider vs.
Shocker" and "Kamen Rider vs. Ambassador Hell", is born.

1936: KENNETH MARS, who lent his voice to the "Leviathan" episode of
"Godzilla: The Series", is born in Chicago.

1956: CHRIS ELLIS, who played Gen. Anderson in "Godzilla", is born in
Dallas.

1968: Episode 28 of "Ultra Seven", "Run Through 700
Kilometers" (a.k.a. "Death on Wheels"), debuts on Japanese TV.

1972: Episode 2 of "Transforming Ninja Arashi" debuts on Japanese TV.

1973: Episode 9 of "Kamen Rider V3", "What Is Destron's Hell Squad?!",
debuts on Japanese TV.
Episode 40 of "Kikaida", "Crisis! Jiro Stops Functioning", debuts
on Japanese TV.
"Fuun Lion Maru" ("Strong Wind Lion Maru") premieres on Japanese
TV with Episode 1, "The Rocket Man".
ADRIEN BRODY, who played Jack Driscoll in the 2005 “King Kong”,
is born in New York City. He won a Best Actor Oscar for “The Pianist”
and was also in "Bullet", "The Thin Red Line", "Summer of Sam", "Bread
and Roses", "The Village", and "The Jacket".

1974: ATSUSHI EHARA, who played Kenta a.k.a. Mega Red on
"Electromagnetic Task Force Megaranger", is born.

1975: Episode 3 of "Condorman: Symbol of Justice" debuts on Japanese
TV.

1977: SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR, who played Karen Davis in “The Grudge”
and "The Grudge 2", is born in New York City. Best known as TV’s
“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”, she was also in the films “An Invasion of
Privacy”, “I Know What You Did Last Summer”, "Simply Irresistable",
“Scream 2”, "She’s All That", "Cruel Intentions", "Simply
Irresistable", “Scooby-Doo”, “Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleased”,
“Happily N’Ever After”, “Southland Tales”, and "Veronika Decides to
Die", and the TV series “All My Children” and “Swans Crossing”, and is
married to Freddie Prinze Jr.

1979: Episode 11 of "Battle Fever J", "The Petnapping Affair", debuts
on Japanese TV.

1980: KAZUO TAKAHASHI, who played Toran on "Icarus Squadron Jetman"
and Kai on "Dinosaur Squadron Zyuranger", is born.

1984: SUZUNOSUKE, who was in "Devilman", is born in Tokyo.

1990: "Urutora Q za muubi: hoshi no densetsu" ("Ultra Q the Movie:
Legend from the Stars") a.k.a. "Ultra Q: The Movie" is released in
Japan.

1995: BURL IVES, who played Dr. Paulis in "The Bermuda Depths", dies
of mouth cancer in Anacortes, Wash.
Episode 7 of "Superpower Task Force Ohranger", "Completed!! The
Super-Power Robot", debuts on Japanese TV.

1999: ELLEN CORBY, who played the orphanage woman in "Mighty Joe
Young", dies of natural causes in Woodland Hills, Calif.

2000: "Ju-on 2" premieres on video in Japan.

2004: Episode 2 of "Ultra Q: Dark Fantasy", "Graffiti", debuts on TV
Tokyo.

2005: “The Ring Two” is released in the Czech Republic and Croatia.
