New tomcat5.5 package

I'm about to upload a new tomcat5.5 package (5.5.20-5). I would normally
have sent it to experimental, but the current version in sid is hardly
usable so this should be a big improvement with a ton of bugfixes. So give
it a spin if you like, but not on production machines of course.

I hope to make a followup release quite soon with some other rough edges
removed.
