We have a computer with Red Hat Enterprise 4. The license has
expired, so RHN updates no longer work. We are willing to pay to
renew the license, but nobody seems to want to take our money.
My attempts on the Red Hat web site have been unanswered.
The hardware vendor, a small local company, promises to help
but then doesn't come through. What can I do?

I do not live in the USA, so I cannot say which one really is the best
choice.
