port 80 is already in use by another program.

my-server-name can be anything, it doesn't have to match your hostname.

this is the error. port 80 is already in use by another program.

try:
netstat -lantp

This will return a list of listening processes
Look for the one listening on port 80 eg:
tcp 0 0 :::80 :::* LISTEN 15553/httpd

The last column contains the PID and application using that port
