Archived from groups: linux>debian>kernel (more info?)

I often loose network connection after OOPS message below.
My box : AMD quad core Phenon , 4gb RAM
debian lenny5.03 and ndiswrapper kernel modules for runin asus 167b wifi
usb stick.
2.6.26-2-amd64

Any idea ??
