Next:  Rtl8187se & 2.6.30.3 - almost, but no wpa

I jsut downloaded SuSe 11.2 Alpha (or whatever) KDE-4 64 bit and it failed
the Gateway test. I could get it to boot in Failsafe but it kept rebooting
during load when I tried the normal setting.

If an OS passes the Gateway test, it will run on anything.

(The Gateway test is getting an OS to run on my Gateway GT 5220 - Dual core
Intel with 4gig RAM and a Nvidia 8300 video card.)

LOL

at the beginning of the year I tried at least 6 or 7 new distros and for
my H/W SuSe did not work to my satisfaction...
however I would not judge an OS by an Alpha version
