Archived from groups: comp>os>linux>alpha (more info?)

Hi,

as is stated in my last post, i have a curious
but really annoying problem with SCSI chains on Alpha/Debian
(same symptoms on DS20, XP900, AS1200, AS4100...)
Whatever disk has the first ID gets the maximum
bandwidth, but the next are in the 10MB/s range.

Has anybody found that problem and solved it ?
I don't want to use 1 chain / disk
i have a bunch of cards and disks but
i don't have enough PCI slots Razz
