It should be in your kernel source tree:

/usr/src/linux/net/packet/af_packet.c

Did you install the kernel sources?

yes sources are supposed to be in kernel-2.6.9-34.src.rpm but when i
open it i find only some makefiles and some files with the .patch
extention. i don't know why!

The kernel sources are in that package, but it's intended to build a new
kernel and then delete the sources. What you need is the kernel-source
package, e.g. kernel-source-2.6.9-34.i386.rpm. Alternatively, you can
install the package you have using "rpm -Uvh kernel-2.6.9-34.src.rpm"
and un-tar the kernel source tarball
(/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/linux-2.6.9.tar.gz or something similar) into
/usr/src/linux.
