Hi,
I'm using Debian GNU/Linux and have a *real* big collection of fonts,
around 2000. Now, every now and then, Opera stops working HDD I/O
reaches 100% and after a few seconds, I might continue to surf the
web. As I learned recently, this is because Opera has to scan all
these fonts to choose one matching the one requested by the website.
There're several possibilities for working around this, e. g. having
Opera run by a different user who is not able to access the fonts,
but I'd like to have a feature in Opera itself to select the fonts
I'd like to have the displayed ones choosen from.
Greetings,
Claudius
