Help to get Peerguardian Linux installed

Hi Group,
Could anyone offer any suggestions on how I can get the PG Linux 1.5beta up
and running.

I am a newish user of Open Suse 10.2 and need all the help I can get.
I have sourced the files from here:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=131687&package_id=148849

I just can't seem to find the right path to get it installed.
