Dpkg Meeting

Hi.

There is still the proposal out there that we should have a real life
meeting about dpkg development this year. Nobody seems to have had any
objections against that but there was no clear proposal for a date yet
(after the proposal to do it before Debconf proved too eager).

I just cleaned up the wiki page about that a bit (http://wiki.debian.org/dpkg_Summit).

It would probably be good if all interested people could state their
preferred date for such a meeting so that we can begin coordinating that
soon.

I would prefer a meeting in September, but I'm mostly flexible and could
probably make any other date, too.

It seems to be an `immutable page' for me so I can't add myself to the
list of intended attendees.
