Well, they weren't and not that I am trying to give you sh!t with
conspiracy theories and the good thing about physical/technical issues
is that they can be narrowed down and truthfully proved, but I
constantly notice weird "incidents" with my computer. Like I am coding/
running a C program (not even Java which has networking built-in) when
all of a sudden a connection to the internet is made (I do physically
disconnect the cable itself)

A graduate student using my same router to the net has never
complained about any such problems (and he is good at rightfully
complaining about it since he partially pays for it)
