I am Dr Hassan Mohammed. The special adviser to the President on contact matters. I want to use this time to bring to your knowledge that the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has appointed me to look into all the contractors file also to make sure that they are been paid without delay.
However, I know that you have had so many faxes like this and also some promises regarding your contract payment. But this time, I want to assure you that your contract payment shall be transferred into your nominated bank account through electronic swift transfer.
Based on that, I will not fail to advise you that on no account must you give anybody money regarding your contract payment so as any money you paid to anybody will not be give account off.
Nevertheless, as soon as you receive this Notification, you are advised to forward to me your banking information, your phone and fax number/your contract number. As soon as I receive Those Things, I shall not fail to inform you how your fund will be transferred under 24Hrs.Like I said no affront payment will be requested from you this order is from the President him self, And please, From this moment, you are advised to stop communicating with anybody so as you might be “scammed” because some of the contractors have been “scammed” by some fake scammers so be warned about this.
Please call me as soon as you receive this payment Notification.
