Creeping eBay page

I hardly ever go to eBay but today i did and saw something funny.
When i opened the page, i saw the lower half of the page slowly creeping
down as if it were too shy to show itself.
I was wondering if this is a known bug, a regression, something completely
new or maybe it's something that i can fix myself.

Qt library: 3.3.6
No Java Runtime Environment installed (which is an altogether different
subject)
I'm not using custom CSS or anything else that - for as far as i know -
could cause this.

It is a known issue with some ebay pages. It is 'fixed' with browser.js.
Unless you've disabled browser.js or automatic update checks.
