hi,

while doing an archive wide package rebuild your package failed to build from
source for the following reason:

lcircle10.{tfm,mf} are in texlive-latex-base. They are in a directory
"latex-fonts", so this probably makes some sense; could be that it would
be better to move them to a fonts package.

Anyway, I don't currently have the time to discuss such a change, let
alone implement and upload, so the quick fix is to add tl-latex-base as
a build-depends.
