Is it possible that someone could update the Debian-Repositories for
automatic upgrades to 9.22?

Yes, the sysadmin department has been notified that it needs to be
updated. It probably won't be until next week, though, due to the
weekend.

What are the current URLs for the debian repositories?

I stopped using them when they seemed abandoned some years ago, always
leaking some versions behind, and giving a 404 in the end.

And it seems that there are no .torrent downloads for the Linux
version.

Thanks,
Markus

You're welcome. And, again, sorry about the wait.
