Archived from groups: comp>os>linux>x (more info?)
When running x11vnc on a linux box and connecting from a windows
RealVNC client, the windows client is not able to see the mouse cursor
move. The solution is to disable the TightVNC cursor updates.

>From a running session in another terminal: x11vnc -R -nocursorshape

or start x11vnc with -nocursorshape -display :0
