DUH!
Because the files are in the boot sector.....Where Windows Explorer can't see them.
You don't need to see them either!
But if you feel that you must...... boot up with that CD, then type
DIR at the Dos prompt and press Enter. The directory listing will be printed out on the screen.
If the list is too long to fit on your screen, you can type
Dir /p to see the directory one page at a time.
As always, don't forget the space before the forward-slash P ( /p ).
