tv tuner for laptop

Hi! If this has already been discussed then I apoligize for the repeat. I want to purchase a laptop and use it as a tv in my travel trailer. I have an outside antenna on the trailer. I may as well go with the astc capability as long as I am doing this. Do I go with a card or a usb device? Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Dell sells a USB TV tuner device as an option with it's new hi-end laptop, check the website to see if they sell it as a stand alone item...
