hi first time here. my question is i have a family on vac. and i cant get them to leave. i tried deleting the hotel and cant. there are black boxes all around the grid. no taxis or other cars will show up and they can not walk to a lot. any help is greatly needed. thank you

Explain to everyone a little more what you need help with. I have no clue what a "vac." is supposed to be. And what are you talking about a "hotel"? Do you mean a house?
