Hi Guys/Gals

I apparently have picked up two trojan horses. AVG has put them in the vault. How do I permanently remove these from my computer? Do I delete them from the vault or does that put them back in the system?

I have no idea how this happened. I'm well protected so don't know how I got them in the first place!

Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, empty the vault - take a few days before you empty it just to be sure that these aren't false positives and might break something.

I cleaned up a computer that had about 20 trojans and a trojan dialer found by AVG. I emptied the vault and the computer was then clean. Actually, the computer is clean with the items in the vault. The trojans are out of commission and can't harm your computer.
