Yeah, so I think I have one. (Or maybe something a little worse?) I was following the instructions from the sticky-post, and right when I started the scan for Malware my computer gave me the blue screen of death. So...

Welcome to Lockergnome.

Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode (if you don't know how, go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtutorial=61 ). Try running Malwarebytes' again to see if it works. If it doesn't, just restart the computer to get back to normal mode and follow the below:

Go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.
