If the programs can t run properly try renaming the main executable filenames first before running them For example Malwarebytes should be located at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti Malware\mbam exe Rename that mbam exe file to something like MBsoldiernu exe instead Then double click on it and see if you can run the scan
