Can I "lock" my Samsung phone?

I have a Samsung SGH-X426. I want to lock it so it requires a password/PIN, to use it. Similar to the menu and then * on Nokia cell phones but with a password. Is this possible?

I have seen a couple Bell Mobility cell phones with this feature.
