my girl wrote the following...

When I send an email from my Outlook Express to this one particular friend, she is able to see the part of her email that is quoted, but is unable to see any of my response to her email. She says this only happens in emails that she gets from me (and as far as I know this only happens when I send emails to her). I have no idea why this happens and wondered if there is something that I can do to fix this? I wondered if it was the HTML so I sent my next email to her in plain text, but haven't heard back from her to see if that did anything different, although my gut tells me that it didn't make any difference. Confused

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hello,

Just to make sure, you are using regular black text on a white background, correct?

Also, what email client is your friend using?
