Hello,
I use ActiveWords (which is a great time saver) and if I use a program regularly it will use a pop up to ask if I want to add that program to my shortcuts.
This morning on boot up it asked if I wanted to add a~nsisu_ to my list. I googled it but am getting conflicting reports. One site will say its a virus, trojan, spyware or something and other sites say it's not a problem and a good thing to have.
I have done virus/spyware scans and they don't show anything wrong.
Anybody got any idea what this is???? |

It doesn't have anything to do with ActiveWord. It just asks me if I want a frequently used program to the shortcut list. |

Hello,
Perhaps you could provide a screen capture?

No can do Aryeh.
ActiveWord uses a popup window to ask if I want to add a frequently used program to the shortcut list. Once I tell it no it doesn't ask again. |

Then the next step would be to do a search on your computer for the name you posted and see what program it is attached to.
If it is inded a frequently used program, then it should be easy to find on your computer. |

Seems like ActiveWord has everything to do with this as you state ActiveWord causes the popup. I would try Zlim's advice and check the forum. Cant hurt and doesn't cost. |
