 Posted: Sun Nov 28, 2010 10:38 am    Post subject: mozilla google hijack (search.fast-find.net) hello, i am new here. i've tried searching on the internet for a removal for this but non of the anti-spyware stuff seems to be doing it. i have malwarebytes and avast but they didn't remove it. i even uninstalled mozilla completely and it came back when i restarted my computer. everywhere else i look points me to your forums. i read that i shouldnt make any moves until someone tells me. hah. any help is appreciated. thanks.

Go to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Do not post the log here. No need to post the log here since I won't be able to review it soon. I'm about to go on vacation starting tomorrow and won't have internet access for over a week. I should be back around 12/22. You may then download ComboFix again from the link above to make sure you have the latest version and run it again.Once I return I will review your new ComboFix log
