hi ..

I am a new member... I have a problem when i try to install a new bit of software i get the message .... MOVEFILE FAILED; CODE 32.... any ideas anyone ..

Install the program in safe mode is the solution I'm seeing worked for some people.

OK........ the error you see... may be part of... Adobe/Macromedia.

Macromedia, has for LONG time.. called anything created by it as.....
Movies. .......aka... Shockwave Movies, Flash Movies.

Look to SEE if the.... software has a Macromedia LOGO on it somewhere.
I bet ....... 9 to 10, it is.

Hello,

What is the name and version of the software you are trying to install?

What are the hardware and software (operating system) specifications of the computer you are trying to install the software on?

With that information, forum members may be better able to assist you in troubleshooting the problem.

I have the same problem: MoveFile failed; code32
I have Vista and was trying to install Advanced Audio Recorder.
