Do you have any other software installed, such as toolbars, in your copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 running under
Microsoft Windows XP? The reason I ask is that I looked at
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS09-19 and did not see anything to indicate any known issues This makes me wonder if t might be a problem with the patch and another piece of sofgtwre installed on the computer.
