hi,

I have a problem to initiate my itunes when i double click on it and my task manager has the same problem as well. ok, when i double click itunes nothing happens and no window pops out saying there is an error. For my task manager everytime i click alt ctrl delete and click task manager it does not come up. I tried running virus and adware scans and founds some trojan's but do not recall their names. i tried system restore and tried to go into safe mode however the system restore failed and i can not access into safe mode because a bunch of file names just come up i do not know what they are. now everytime when i start my computer an error message pops up C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysdm.cpl
Can anyone from technical support help me please?
