Need help to get rid of spyware

ok i have an Asus EEE PC 1000HD and there is spyware on it so i need help to remove it so i can use it again. Im not a pro at useing computer I'm only a beginner at a computer.

Download and run the program from here:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

I would also suggest Spybot Search and Destroy from:

I would suggest that you run the immunization in Spybot as it will block much of the junk from renewing itself.

If you can't get to either of these sites you may need to download them on another computer and possibly you may need to rename the executable install files from .exe to .bat or the spyware may stop them from running.

Finally if those don't work you may need to look up HijackThis and some forums for it. I'm not going to retype the instructions for running it as there are plenty of sites describing how to use it.
