Hello,
It sounds like your computer has been infiltrated by a rogue/fake antivirus program.
I would recommend contacting your existing, legitimate antivirus software company's technical support department for assistance in removing it.
Regards,

Cyber Securing is a vicious Rogue Anti Virus program which embeds itself into your system. I had to remove it from a client's system, just recently.
Here's where to go to get removal information. Be careful to change the names of the executable of removal programs, because the virus can stop known removal programs from installing or running.

Good Luck

The Cyber Security virus knows Malwarebytes will find it, so it was designed to interfere with the program's installation.
Uninstall Malwarebytes AntiMalware, on another computer, if possible, rename the Malwarebytes AntiMalware installation program something else, like george.exe.
Return to the infected computer and install 'George.exe. This should allow the program to scan after it's installed.
