well i can see a few things that are not good

pctools protection is installed and I would recommend using MSE (free as well).

and the following looks like toolbar maleware :

MSE is located here : http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

I would install mse, update it, disconnect your internet and do a full scan which may take a few hours to remove any issues including a few reboots
