hi
how does game devlopers test their games on various video cards on which game gives full, medium, minimum support and mentions in there supported hardware list?
is there any software that displays current frame rate of game that running on installed graphics card?

Developers/publishers will test with various PCs I would assume.

I use a tool called Fraps to show the current frame rate on my games. Fraps also allows you to take screenshots and record video.
