I needed a full screen to view a survey I was doing. I did it through my firefox browser., When I was done it would not go back to normal screen. Yhe F11 on this keboard is for the speaker and all it did was set the volume. i ended up closintg the browse & starting it again only to end up back at full screen!

Don' remember how I go it back to normal. How do I get a full/ normal screen mode n this HP laptop if F11 doesn't work,

Hello,

Is there another key you have to press in addition to the F11 key to enable the "old" behavior, like a "Fn" key or "Alt" key?

I have not goyt a clue. Right now the key board is really messed up hence the have not! when i push apostrophy I get è question mark É sometimes I can not use @I get quotes!
Figure I must hit two keys at once& it changes it but do not know how to change it back,

HP had me install some bios & it seemed to help but now itès doing it again! AAAAAARGH!!!!!

Hello,

It sounds like some sort of keyboard filter might have been set. Without knowing anything more about the Hewlett-Packard notebook computer, though, I really couldn't say any more than to contact their technical support department.
