| Had the same problem .
went thru device manger ,setup network ,reinstalled nic driver .
turn out to be Zone Alarm ,as soon a i closed it all work fine
fix was to uninstall& re install new copy,all works well now

| OK, you re-installed windows. Did you install the correct drivers for the onboard NIC? Did you install the latest drivers for your motherboard (chip-set drivers)? Is the onboard NIC fully functional in device manager, no yellow ! or ? after any of the entries. |
