Ok to delete unwanted Shared Folder contents????

I was browsing thru my PC and found Shared Documents.
There are several 'Sample Folders' with pictures, music, videos etc that came with the computer.
Can I safely delete the contents of these folders?
Seems like a lot of space being taken up for music I have never heard of, pictures and videos that I don't want.

As long as you've made certain you don't want 'em, then go ahead and delete 'em.

You can't delete the 'Shared Documents' folder, but you can delete the sub-folders inside it. Some folders will reappear after firing up whatever program might need them ( graphic apps., music players etc.), but the unused ones will stay gone
