I found an interesting spam technique that I had not seen before today. Received email From MYSELF. From was listed as one of my email addresses, except missing 1 character.

Anybody seen this occurence?

If it wasn't a a random coincidence, then someone decided to have their spam bot slighly randomize the return address by making it out of a subset of the recipient's address.

I've been getting these for a while now only it is my exact email address Mad

Now they're coming with my husbands email too. I'm afraid to blacklist them in my Mailwasher Pro program for fear that it will delete all my legitimate emails!

I am so sick of all this spam, it seems to be getting worse and worse. I get hundreds a day now where I used to only get maybe 50 or so Mad

I thought certain countries had anti-spam legislation?? I know Canada doesn't as that's where I'm from. LAME!!! We seem to be so far behind in all things internet Sad

Half our stores still don't sell online or even have websites! RIDICULOUS!
