avs effects needed to use in.

alright here is what i want to do .

1. take the av effects created in winamp 2.9's av editor.

2. make them in to a dll file.

3. for using them in another program.

4. that other program can use the giess av's and so can winamp so how to make the old winamp visuals work like the giess visuals is the question.
answer is to put them in a dll file if possible.

5. now what is the proper answer to my trouble as listed above.
