assassins creed cant run smoothly

hi
i just installed assassin's creed game
i have intel dual core 3.0ghz 1 gb ram nvidia geforce 7200gs graphics card directx 9.0c the card is in supported card list i install latest video driver
i minimized all graphics setting but game still runs very slow
what it is need to go smooth

Hi,

Try updating your other drivers (sound card and motherboard).

Turn off anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering.
Turn down the resolution and detail levels.

If that still doesn't work then you'll probably need to invest in a different graphics card, something like a Geforce 8600 or a 8800.
