Windows Xp

Hopefully,someone can tell me what happened and why,how to fix this.
Just since January 12th,each time I boot now the first thing to come up is this System32 screen showing all the files/folders.
Told this shouldn't be happening,not that I didn't know that already but how do I fix it,stop it.
