Win XP -what does this mean ???

When I look at sites to purchase Win XP, I see the following >>>>

XP Pro SP2c English 1pk DSP 1 OEI CD

1) I assume there are now 3 versions of SP2 since it is labeled "C".
2) What is the meaning of DSP ??
3) What is OEI ?? I know what OEM is.
Googling the terms does not produce a clear answer on all points.

4) Some sites advertise giving a "certificate of authenticity" and a "key".
I always heard the KEY was the most important thing and the only thing needed to register and become legal.

Any advice appreciated.

Can you post which site you have seen these from? I wouldn't purchase them from less reputable sites. You can try places like Amazon or NewEgg.com instead to be safe.
