I've got Windows Critical Updates set to "download and notify only" on all my PCs.
I've had this so-called Critical Update "Update for Windows XP (KB932823)" show up on all my PCs.
If you read the KB932823 document, it states:
"This problem occurs if the Japanese Input Method Editor (IME) is the default keyboard layout."
Why is this update being pushed on XP machines where the default (and only) keyboard layout is US English?
Is this yet another Windows Update mistake, or am I missing something?
