I have one win2000sp4 box that I cannot rdp to the terminal server unless I am a domain admin. any other user can rdp from any other machine, but not on this one. Tried removing from domain, adding back in, reformatted the box, changed box name. What am I missing?

Did you check the permissions on the SERVER for that user? Or try connecting to it from the broken client as a user you KNOW works?

I did check the permissions, i also added the user specifically, AND the user (ALL USERS) can rdp from any other machine. The only way to rdp from this machine is if I make the user a domain admin.

Are the other clients the same OS? If so, then start doing a compare of setting & such. HOPEFULLY, that will lead you to what is different.

This question may be totally off the wall but are you sure you are on the right domain on that client?

Also, it may help if I know a bit more about the setup. What OS is the SERVER & what are each of the clients? What is the domain configuration?
