Can anyone remind me how to substitute one word for another in a Microsoft Word docmument ? I'm using Office 2003 and need to change one word to another. The word (actually someone's name) is used about 15 times in a 32 page document. How can I change it to another name without having to go through and do it manually ? Question Idea

Hello,

Press Ctrl and H together to bring up the Search and Replace pane. Click on the Replace tab, and type in the old and new phrases to replace. Click on the Replace All button to change all occurrences at once.
