First impressions?

I am not a fan of the color scheme, but that could just be me. Had to mention it, though. I'm partial to muted pastels. Another example; the default blue IPB forum skin makes me crazy. There are several custom themes available I'd love to have here, but they're hard to customize and I don't anticipate anyone having enough free time to spend adapting them for our use. Bummer.

I like your method of offering your software. I'm one of those more than willing to compensate the software author fairly, providing the seller is taking the reality of electronic purchases into account. I can and will look for open source applications whenever possible first. Even if I weren't broke half the time I'm still cheap regarding a few things. If I'm going to pay for shareware, all I ask is a trial period of the full product whenever possible and practical. (Offering a trial period shows confidence in your product in my opinion.)

OK, that, and an easy uninstall routine. Don't add insult to injury. If I don't like your product, don't make me even more displeased by making me wade through my registry to remove your traces. If I like your product, can afford it, and want to keep it past the trial period, I'm never going to see the uninstaller anyway. I respect the work of software developers and feel they should be paid for their work if they request that.
